Curb finally launched a new and improved Curb app experience for booking and paying for your taxi rides. This was long overdue and a reason why we haven’t posted in over a year on this Uber Alternative because the old app was slow and unresponsive at times. This latest release includes a new look, time-saving features, and easier ways to choose your payment method. You can now provide special instructions for your driver right from the home screen something that Uber and Lyft could use. The best new feature is the “Pair & Pay” if you’re in a taxi, simply enter a 7-digit code and pay for a ride. The Pair & Pay is not available everywhere yet but they have worked hard to speed up this payment and it’s way faster than using the old credit card system that taxi’s are known to use. Make sure to update the app.
