It’s already been an amazing year for savings via American Express offers especially with the Hilton branded hotel chain where we have already saved big money on stays. AMEX Offers has had amazing offers with Hilton’s Embassy Suites, Marriott’s Renaissance, and another travel favorites such as Air France and Virgin Atlantic. You can book your travel for the Spring and Summer Travel season and not have to worry about blackout dates using these offers.

A new Amex Offers promotion just came out where you can get a $60 statement credit with a $300+ purchase at a Hilton Hotel and Resort or Curio Collection hotel. This is a great promotion where you can essentially get up to 20% off your hotel stay! There are also a ton of other Hilton Amex promotions that I wrote about below.
The one caveat to this promotion is that it is only for stays at Hilton Hotel and Resort or Curio Collection hotels. All other hotel brands under the Hilton umbrella are excluded (i.e., Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Conrad, Waldorf, DoubleTree, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, Hilton Grand Vacations). Not to worry because Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn have their own promos below.

You can always go the old school way and sign-in to your AMEX account online but the tweeting method is best. Sign into your AmericanExpress.com account and go to the “Amex Offers For You” tab. Find the Hilton Hotels & Resorts + Curio offer and make sure to select the “Save Offer” button. Once you do this for one card the option will disappear on other cards so make sure to do the multi-browser trick to learn how to register multiple Amex cards with your AmericanExpress.com account. We prefer just setting up various twitter accounts and applying the promotion to each card!

My favorite’s of the past include the Hilton Hotels $50 back from AMEX offers but it was only for use at “Hilton” hotels not Embassy Suites and not Hilton Garden Inn even though they are owned by the hotel chain.

Hilton ran this promotion earlier this year and it was $60 credit for a $300 purchase so we like this one better as it’s easier to meet the minimum requirement. This charge must be on your AMEX card by December 31, 2016. You must 1) complete your stay by the end of the year, or, 2) pay for a pre-paid room where the charge hits your AMEX card immediately after booking. If you have multiple Amex cards synched with multiple twitter accounts and a $500+ bill you can split the bill upon checkout.

Finally an amazing card offer that is too good to turn down. American Express sometimes does targeted offers on cards that are up to 100k points but this one is a public signup bonus so everyone can join in. The American Express Platinum card is back to 100,000 points and judging by past offers it won’t last long. The catch is that if you cannot get this offer if you have previously had or have the American Express Platinum card.
